Job summary

We are a fast-growing furniture company based in Lekki, Lagos, known for quality craftsmanship and excellent customer experience. As we scale, we're looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Finance/Accountant to help manage our books, streamline financial processes, and support strategic decision-making.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, invoicing, and reconciliations
• Prepare monthly financial statements, budgets, and cash flow reports
• Monitor accounts payable/receivable and vendor payments
• Ensure tax compliance (VAT, PAYE, WHT) and liaise with regulatory bodies
• Support inventory and cost management for production and sales
• Provide financial insights to guide business growth decisions
• Implement and maintain proper accounting controls and systems

Requirements:

• B.Sc/HND in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• ICAN/ACCA certification (or in view) is a strong advantage
• Minimum 4–6 years' relevant experience, preferably in retail, manufacturing, or FMCG
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Zoho Books) and Excel
• Strong analytical skills, integrity, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
