Accountant

We are looking for a skilled Accounts professional with 2 to 7 years of experience to join our team in the real estate industry, specifically in construction projects located in Mumbai.

Roles and Responsibility

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records and accounts.
• Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement financial models and forecasts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and laws.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
