Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage the centre’s day-to-day financial operations, records, and reporting.

Core Responsibilities

• Maintain books of accounts, vouchers and supporting records.
• Track fees, dues and reconciliations accurately.
• Prepare bank and payment reconciliations.
• Process vendor bills and maintain payment records.
• Support payroll and statutory data.
• Maintain GST, TDS, PF and ESI records.
• Prepare timely monthly finance reports and MIS.
• Support audits with complete, clean documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting or relevant qualification.
• Prior experience in accounting, preferably in a school/preschool or similar organisation.
• Tally or equivalent accounting software; bank and fee reconciliation; GST/TDS/PF/ESI basics; MIS and financial documentation.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
