Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections
• Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, Workday, PeopleSoft, Ceridian, UltiPro, Kronos, ADP, and UltiPro for accurate data entry and record keeping
• Perform account reconciliation regularly to verify the accuracy of financial data across multiple systems
• Assist with payroll processing using platforms like ADP, Ceridian, Kronos, or UltiPro to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time
• Conduct detailed account analysis to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly
• Support budgeting activities by preparing financial reports and assisting with data compilation
• Maintain organized records of all financial transactions in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards

Skills

• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, Workday, PeopleSoft, Ceridian, UltiPro, Kronos, or ADP
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and practices
• Experience with account reconciliation and data entry accuracy
• Familiarity with payroll processing systems including ADP and Ceridian
• Ability to perform detailed account analysis and budgeting tasks
• Excellent math skills with a keen eye for detail
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and external vendors

Pay: $44,084.14-$87,472.33 per year
