Accountant

• Maintain accurate daily accounting records and bookkeeping.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and statements.
• Perform daily bank and cash reconciliations.
• Monitor customer, tenant, landlord, and supplier balances.
• Handle commission calculations and agent payments.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and management statements.
• Assist with VAT calculations, filings, and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with banks, auditors, suppliers, and other external parties.
• Monitor company expenses and ensure proper supporting documents.
• Maintain organized financial records and documentation.
• Assist management with budgeting, cash flow, and financial analysis.
• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and applicable UAE regulations.
• Support payroll processing and employee-related financial transactions when required.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a similar accounting role.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Our Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of accounting experience, in the UAE.
• Candidates who can handle both accounting and administrative tasks will be preferred.
• Only Immediate joiners are preferred.
