Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting operations, including journal entries, reconciliations and general ledger maintenance
• Process electronic bank payments through online banking and ensure timely and accurate execution
• Review payment supporting documents and maintain proper payment records
• Monitor daily cash balances and prepare cash flow and treasury reports
• and perform bank reconciliations
• Liaise with banks and internal departments on banking and payment matters
• Assist in the preparation of statutory financial reports and audit schedules
• Prepare management reports and other financial analyses as required
• Perform ad hoc accounting and finance duties assigned by management
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely settlement of payments
• Perform other ad hoc assignments as required.

 Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
• Professional qualification (e.g. ACCA / HKICPA) is an advantage
• 5-8 years of solid working experiences in accounting field
• Hands-on experience in e-banking payment operations
• Sound knowledge for accounting practices in listed company in Hong Kong
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Flex accounting system is a plus
• Proactive, able to work independently and work under pressure/time constraint
• More experience will be considered as Senior Accountant
• Immediate available is preferred
