Key Responsibilities

Accounts Payable:

• Process and manage accounts payable transactions.
• Ensure timely payments to vendors and suppliers.
• Reconcile accounts payable ledgers to maintain accuracy.
• Manage and process incoming payments from Vendors for Referrals.

Workings for GST Returns:

• Prepare and assist CA for filing GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) accurately and on time.
• Ensure compliance with GST regulations and update records as necessary.
• Address any discrepancies or queries related to GST.

TDS Return Filing:

• Calculate and file TDS returns in compliance with current tax regulations.
• Prepare TDS certificates and manage TDS deductions.
• Handle TDS-related queries and reconciliations.

Tally Prime:

• Utilize Tally Prime software for maintaining and managing day-to-day accounting transactions.
• Ensure data is entered accurately and promptly into the Tally Prime system.
• Assist in generating financial reports and maintaining general ledgers.

General Accounting & Reporting:

• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Maintain records of financial transactions and ensure proper documentation.

Communication & Coordination for Statutory Notices:

• Assist Chartered Accountant for Income Tax & GST notices and provide necessary documentation wherever required.
• Handle key client accounts for Rental calculations, monthly TDS payments, quarterly TDS return workings, etc.
