Accountant

You will be working with a energetic and innovative team in an Asia-based integrated marketing company!

The Accounting Team of Milton Exhibits is hiring an Accountant.

Duties:

• Daily accounting operations

• Handle full set of books, including AP/AR operations, invoice processing, financial reports, billing, payments and receipts, and maintain accurate and timely records

• Perform month-end closing and ensure accuracy of financial data.

• Prepare and review budget, forecast, various financial analysis reports, and related schedules

• Monitor and prepare monthly cash flow forecast

• Liaise with bank and external auditors

• Any ad-hoc tasks as required

If you are:

• Bachelor holder or above in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines

• 5-10 years working experience in accounting with at least 2 years of supervisory experience

• Member of HKICPA / ACCA or equivalent

• Experience in FlexAccount System

• Strong analytical, problem solving, report writing and presentation skills

• Mature and self-motivated with strong sense of responsibilities

• Proficient in written and spoken Cantonese, English & Putonghua
