About the Company

My Holiday Home is a rapidly growing holiday homes management company in the UAE. We currently manage a portfolio of approximately 100 properties and continue to expand our operations, strengthen our team, and grow our property portfolio.

Due to our continued growth, we are looking for an Accountant who will be responsible for day-to-day accounting operations, processing financial transactions, maintaining accurate accounting records, and supporting the company's financial processes.

Key Responsibilities
– Process and record daily financial transactions accurately and on time.

– Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and other accounting documents.

– Record incoming and outgoing transactions in the accounting system.

– Monitor payments and ensure all transactions are properly documented.

– Reconcile bank accounts and payment transactions.

– Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records.

– Review accounting documents for accuracy and completeness.

– Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.

– Organize and maintain financial documentation.

– Assist with monthly accounting closing and financial reporting.

– Coordinate with internal departments regarding payments and financial transactions.

– Ensure timely and accurate processing of accounting operations.

– Support the company's day-to-day financial and accounting activities.

Requirements
– Previous experience as an Accountant, Accounting Specialist, or in a similar accounting role.

– Good understanding of accounting principles and financial transactions.

– Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

– Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

– Ability to work with a high volume of financial transactions.

– Good organizational and time-management skills.

– Working proficiency in English is mandatory.

– Previous experience with UAE accounting practices will be considered an advantage.

– Ability to work independently and take responsibility for assigned tasks.

Preferred Qualifications
– Previous experience in the UAE.

– Experience in Holiday Homes, Hospitality, Real Estate, or Property Management.

– Knowledge of UAE accounting practices and requirements.

– Experience working with property-related financial transactions.

– Experience with accounting or ERP systems.
