Job Description – Accountant ( Urgent Hiring )

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial records, and support the finance team in ensuring accurate and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting entries and financial records.
• Handle bookkeeping, ledger scrutiny, and account reconciliation.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents.
• Assist in GST compliance, TDS calculations, and other statutory requirements.
• Perform bank reconciliation and monitor financial transactions.
• Prepare MIS reports and assist in financial analysis.
• Maintain proper documentation of all accounting records.
• Coordinate with internal teams for finance-related requirements.
• Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned accounting tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Good understanding of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and taxation basics will be preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
