Location: Sacramento, CA (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (Onsite)
Compensation: $60,000–$75,000 DOE

Position Summary

The Accountant is responsible for supporting the accounting team through accurate general ledger maintenance, account reconciliations, financial reporting, and month‑end close activities. This role requires strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for assigned general ledger accounts and assisting month end Close process
• Prepares and enters GL accruals and adjustments and maintains records of all journal entries and back-up
• Analyzes, reviews, and reconciles GL accounts monthly
• System Maintenance
• Reconciles bank accounts monthly
• Inventory Review
• Provides financial analysis and documentation, including reporting on GL account variances and proposal of adjustments
• Offer backup support across the finance organization
• Provides ad hoc reports and analysis as assigned
• Other duties as assigned

Required Knowledge & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
• 2+ years of accounting experience preferred
• Strong accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines in an open‑office environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Self‑motivated and solution‑oriented
