Eligibility: Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Accounting or a similar finance role.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial recordkeeping.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

Good understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and financial documentation.

Strong analytical, numerical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Job Responsibilities:

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, transactions, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

* Record and verify day-to-day financial transactions and accounting entries.

* Handle bank, account, and financial reconciliations and resolve discrepancies when required.

* Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing, payment tracking, and collections.

* Assist with monthly and yearly closing activities and ensure records are maintained accurately.

* Prepare basic financial reports, statements, and management reports as required.

* Monitor and maintain records of company expenses and operational expenditures.

* Support budgeting, expense tracking, and financial planning activities.

* Assist in tax-related documentation, compliance, and filing requirements.

* Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, banks, vendors, and other financial stakeholders when required.

* Maintain proper documentation of invoices, bills, receipts, payments, and other financial records.

* Ensure accounting practices and financial records remain compliant with applicable requirements.

* Use accounting software and Excel to maintain financial data and improve the accuracy of accounting processes.

* Provide financial information and basic analysis to management whenever required.

Preferred Skills:

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.

Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.

Good understanding of GST, TDS, taxation, and basic statutory compliance.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple financial tasks within deadlines.

Professional, organized, reliable, and responsible approach to handling confidential financial information.

Important: We are looking for an experienced Accountant with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience who can independently manage day-to-day accounting, financial recordkeeping, reconciliations, payables/receivables, expenses, and compliance-related documentation. Candidates who are comfortable working in a fast-paced creative studio environment will be preferred. Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
