Accountant

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial records, and ensure accurate and timely accounting entries.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting entries and financial transactions.
• Manage billing**,** payments, receipts, and ledger accounts.
• Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
• Handle GST, TDS, and other accounting-related compliances.
• Perform regular bank reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage accounting activities using Tally / ERP / Accounting Software.
• Prepare and maintain reports using MS Excel.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and other stakeholders regarding accounts-related matters.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.
• Assist with month-end and year-end accounting activities.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
• Strong knowledge of Tally, GST, TDS, and Bank Reconciliation.
• Hands-on experience with ERP / Accounting Software.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage accounting tasks efficiently.
• Local Jaipur candidates preferred.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (B.Com preferred).

Jaipur local preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
