Accountant

Job Requirements:

• B.Com degree is mandatory.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant accounting experience is required.
• Prior experience working with accounting software is mandatory.
• Experience with Zoho Books/Zoho Accounting will be preferred.
• Good understanding of basic accounting principles and day-to-day accounting processes.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Experience in maintaining ledgers, invoices, vouchers, and financial records.
• Basic knowledge of bank reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain ledgers, invoices, vouchers, receipts, and other accounting documents.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable activities.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations.
• Record and track expenses, payments, and receipts.
• Assist in preparing monthly reports and maintaining financial records.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of accounting-related documents.
• Coordinate with internal teams for accounting and payment-related requirements.
• Support the Accounts team with other assigned accounting activities.
