; Key Responsibilities

• ;Manage day-to-day accounting, sales, purchase, expense, cash, and bank transactions.

• ;Handle Accounts Payable/Receivable, invoicing, vendor payments, and reconciliations.

• ;Manage GST, TDS, GSTR filing, and statutory compliance.

• ;Prepare MIS, financial, cash flow, outstanding, and expense reports.

• ;Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.

• ;Maintain payroll accounting, fixed asset records, and depreciation schedules.

• ;Monitor expenses and support budgeting and cost-control activities.

• ;Review transactions, identify discrepancies, and ensure accounting accuracy and compliance.

• ;Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.

• ;Maintain proper documentation and confidentiality of financial records.

; Key Requirements

• ;4 6 years of relevant experience in Accounting Finance.

• ;Proficiency in Tally Prime, Zoho Books, Konnect ERP, and MS Excel.

• ;Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and MIS Reporting.

• ;Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, GSTR filing, and statutory compliance.

• ;Experience in AP/AR, invoicing, reconciliation, and vendor management.

• ;Knowledge of Inventory and BOM Management.

• ;Candidates with exposure to foreign currency transactions and accounting will be preferred.

• ;Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• ;High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
