Accountant

Responsible for managing Thai accounting records, preparing financial statements and Thai tax reports, reconciling accounts, supporting audits, and improving accounting processes.

Salary: THB 20,000 - 35,000

Responsibilities:

• Thai Accounting and Thai Taxation Compliance Responsibilities.
• Record and review accounting transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting principles and tax regulations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including the statement of financial position, income statement, and cash flow statement.
• Prepare tax reports such as PP.30, PND.1, PND.3, PND.53, and reconcile tax balances for submission to the Revenue Department.
• Reconcile bank accounts, cash inflows and outflows, and accounts receivable/payable.
• Monitor and verify the proper organization and completeness of accounting documents.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audit processes.
• Improve and develop accounting systems to align with company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Experience in Thai accounting , financial statement preparation, financial reporting, income/expense accounts, and monthly closing.
• Knowledge of Thai taxation reporting (e.g., PND.1, 3, 53, PP.30) and ability to prepare all related tax documents.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with accounting software such as XERO or TR CLOUD is a plus.
• Accounting firm(s) experience is an advantage.
• Thai and English communication skills are an advantage.
