• 负责中国区公司日常会计记账、账务核算及月度结账工作，确保符合PRC GAAP要求。 2. 独立处理与业务相关的财务数据，正确理解业务实质并准确记账。 3. 熟练操作财务系统（NetSuite, Coupa, Concur）进行账务处理、以及供应商付款流程管理。 4. 编制内部管理报表及分析数据，协助完成财务报告及审计支持工作。 5. 主动与各部门沟通，及时汇报工作进展及潜在问题。 6. 按时高质量交付工作任务，对核算结果的准确性和完整性负责。 任职要求
• 大学本科及以上学历，会计、财务、审计等相关财经专业背景。 2. 5年以上外企会计岗位经验，熟悉PRC GAAP及中国税务法规。 3. 具备独立账务处理及结账经验，有跨部门协作经历者优先。 4. 英语六级或同等水平，可进行基本商务英语对话及邮件沟通。
• 熟练使用NetSuite、Coupa、Concur等财务系统。 6. 精通Office办公软件，尤其擅长Excel（公式、数据透视表等）。 7. 自驱力强，能主动学习并持续优化工作流程。 8. 注重细节，对数字敏感，保证数据准确性与逻辑严谨性。 9. 优秀的沟通能力与团队协作精神，能按时高效交付工作。 10. 守时、负责，具备良好的职业操守。 11. 了解US GAAP，China CPA是加分项。

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily accounting journals, bookkeeping, and monthly closing for the China entity, ensuring compliance with PRC GAAP.
• Independently process finance-related business transactions, accurately interpret business substance, and record transactions correctly.
• Proficiently operate financial systems (NetSuite, Coupa, Concur) to handle accounting transactions, and manage supplier payment workflows.
• Prepare internal management reports and perform data analysis; assist in the preparation of financial statements and audit support tasks.
• Proactively communicate with business units and report work progress and potential issues in a timely manner.
• Deliver assigned tasks on schedule and with high quality; take responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of accounting results. Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Audit, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in accounting roles within multinational companies; familiarity with PRC GAAP and Chinese tax regulations.
• Experience in independent bookkeeping and month-end closing; candidates with cross-departmental collaboration experience preferred.
• CET-6 or equivalent English proficiency; able to conduct basic business conversations and handle email correspondence in English.
• Proficient in NetSuite, Coupa, Concur, or similar financial systems.
• Advanced Office skills, with strong Excel ability (formulas, pivot tables, etc.).
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and continuously improve work processes.
• Detail-oriented with strong numerical sensitivity; ensure data accuracy and logical consistency.
• Excellent communication skills and team collaboration; able to deliver work on time and efficiently.
• Punctual, responsible, and demonstrates strong professional ethics.
• Knowledge of US GAAP and/or China CPA qualification is a plus.
