Accountant

We are looking for a young and dynamic Accountant with at least 2 years of relevant experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, compliance, and financial reporting, along with good attention to detail and organisational skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Ensure timely compliance with GST regulations, including preparation and filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and ITC-04 returns.
• Prepare and file Income Tax Returns (ITR) and Professional Tax (PT) returns within the prescribed timelines.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts and financial records.
• Prepare and maintain Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss Accounts, Cash Flow Statements, and other financial reports.
• Assist in GST reconciliation, input tax credit (ITC) verification, and related compliance activities.
• Coordinate with auditors and provide timely support and required documents during audits.
• Monitor accounting transactions, including receivables, payables, bank transactions, and expenses.
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting, taxation, and statutory requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation and records for all financial and statutory transactions.
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and external authorities for accounting and compliance related matters.
