About the role
This role involves accounting and bookkeeping responsibilities, including processing financial transactions, maintaining records, and ensuring accurate financial reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare audit schedules
- Process all invoices
- Check daily salesman reports of sales
- Perform data entry and other ad hoc duties
- Record payments, invoices, and journal entries into the accounting system
- Review and verify monthly petty cash statements and claims
- Maintain daily cash book schedules, monitor cash flow and balance, and perform bank reconciliations
About you
- Diploma in Accounting or Degree in Accounting
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in bookkeeping
- Accounting knowledge with hands-on experience
- Familiar with MS Dynamics 365
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Able to work as a team
