Accountant

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to support the company’s daily accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record and maintain accurate financial transactions and accounting records.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, journal entries, and other accounting documents.
• Perform regular bank and account reconciliations.
• Assist in preparing monthly and annual financial reports.
• Monitor expenses, payments, and cash flow.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis when required.
• Coordinate with suppliers, clients, banks, and other departments regarding financial matters.
• Assist with internal and external audits.
• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and applicable regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software/ERP systems.
• Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Must be locally available in Qatar.
• Can join immediately.

Pay: QAR123.00 - QAR456.00 per month
