Accountant

• Manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions of the preschool.
• Maintain accurate records of fees, receipts, expenses, petty cash and vendor payments.
• Handle student fee collection, fee reconciliation, outstanding fee tracking and follow-ups with parents.
• Prepare invoices, receipts, payment records and other financial documents.
• Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.
• Process staff salaries, attendance-based calculations and other payroll-related requirements.
• Maintain petty cash and ensure proper documentation for all expenses.
• Coordinate with vendors for invoices, payments and account statements.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and expense summaries for management.
• Maintain and reconcile bank statements and cash records.
• Assist with GST, TDS, income tax and other statutory compliance requirements, as applicable.
• Maintain proper records for audits and ensure all financial documents are organised and up to date.
• Support management in budgeting, expense control and financial planning.
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of all financial and employee records.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
