Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts including AR, AP and month-end closing, etc.

• Responsible for daily accounting operations, including preparation of  vouchers, monthly reports, cash management, bank reconciliations and issuing checks, etc.

• Checking and processing vendors, suppliers, and general payment bills including the employee’s expense statements.

• Creating financial reports but not limited to trial balance sheet, profit and loss account. Analysing cash flow and cost / revenue reports for management purposes on a monthly and annual basis.

• Processing of monthly payroll with the knowledge of Hong Kong labour / salaries tax laws

• Assisting auditors with annual audits.

• Attending to general office and administrative works.

• Provide professional support to top management

• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Assist in miscellaneous property management work

Key requirements

• Diploma/Associate Degree/Degree holder in Accounting or related disciplines with 5-7 years of work experience
• Proficiency in working under ERP system and implementation
• Proficiency in Computers with thorough knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel, MS Word.
• Exceptional time management and verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese.
• Thorough knowledge of basic book keeping, financial & cost accounting principles.
• Sound knowledge of basic corporate laws, Tax laws, Labor laws and general business laws.
• Professional manner and strong ethical code.
• Ability to multitask and remain motivated with positive attitude.
• Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.
