Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accountant to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, managing accounts payable and receivable, assisting with budgeting and reconciliations, and ensuring that financial transactions are properly recorded and compliant with applicable accounting standards.

The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Record daily financial transactions and prepare accounting entries.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations.
• Monitor income, expenses, invoices, and payments.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Prepare documentation and information required for audits and tax filings.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting principles, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies and errors.
• Maintain organized financial documentation and records.
• Assist management with financial reports and analysis when required.
• Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• [1–3] years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
