Job Summary

Artasia is looking for a competent and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities and ensure accurate and timely maintenance of financial records. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of accounting, Tally/ERP, MS Excel, GST and TDS.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions, vouchers, ledgers and financial records.
• Handle purchase, sales, expense, payment and receipt accounting.
• Prepare invoices, debit/credit notes and other accounting documents.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform bank and ledger reconciliation.
• Assist in GST, TDS and other statutory compliance activities.
• Verify bills, invoices and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for accounts-related matters.
• Assist in monthly closing and preparation of MIS/financial reports.
• Ensure proper documentation and accuracy of accounting records.
• Support the senior finance team in routine accounting and audit requirements.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of Accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Hands-on experience in Tally/ERP.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Working knowledge of GST and TDS.
• Strong reconciliation and numerical skills.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Eligibility

• Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / equivalent qualification.
• Experience: 1–4 years of relevant experience in Accounts/Finance.
• Candidates from manufacturing, furniture, textile, trading or similar industries will be preferred.
• Candidates who can join at Sitapura, Jaipur should apply.
