Job Description

A reputed Multi-Speciality Hospital in Kadi is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join its Finance & Accounts team.

The ideal candidate should hold a B.Com or M.Com degree and have 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience. The candidate should have a good understanding of day-to-day accounting operations and be comfortable working in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare and maintain invoices, receipts, vouchers and other accounting documents.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Maintain and reconcile ledgers and bank accounts.
• Assist with monthly account closing and financial reporting.
• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up as required.
• Maintain proper documentation and accounting records.
• Assist with GST, TDS and other statutory accounting requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding billing and accounting matters.
• Assist with hospital billing and financial reconciliation where required.
• Prepare regular accounting reports for management.
• Support the senior finance team with day-to-day accounting activities.

Candidate Requirements

• B.Com or M.Com from a recognised institution.
• 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Experience with accounting software or ERP systems will be an advantage.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Candidates with hospital/healthcare accounting experience will be preferred.
