Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections
• Perform data entry and account reconciliation using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, Workday, PeopleSoft, Ceridian, UltiPro, Kronos, ADP, and other relevant platforms
• Maintain accurate bookkeeping records by recording financial transactions and verifying data integrity
• Conduct regular account analysis to identify discrepancies or errors and resolve issues promptly
• Support payroll processing activities using systems like ADP, Ceridian, Kronos, or UltiPro to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time
• Assist with budgeting, financial reporting, and month-end closing procedures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Proven experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Loan wolf, Xero, Sage, Workday, PeopleSoft or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of accounting principles including account reconciliation, data entry, and bookkeeping practices
• Familiarity with payroll systems like ADP, Ceridian, Kronos or UltiPro is highly desirable
• Excellent math skills with keen attention to detail for account analysis and financial accuracy
• Ability to perform thorough account reconciliation and identify discrepancies efficiently
• Prior experience in financial services or related industries is a plus
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and external partners
