Job Description – Real Estate Accountant

Job Overview

Gharabadi Realty Private Limited is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, financial records, and documentation related to our real estate business.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
• Handle cash, bank, sales, purchase, and expense entries.
• Maintain customer payment and outstanding records.
• Prepare invoices, receipts, vouchers, and other accounting documents.
• Maintain records of property booking amounts, installments, and customer payments.
• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts regularly.
• Assist in preparation of monthly financial reports.
• Maintain proper documentation of company expenses and transactions.
• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting requirements as applicable.
• Coordinate with management, sales, and other departments regarding financial matters.
• Maintain accurate and updated accounting files and records.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Accountant.
• Experience in real estate accounting will be preferred.
• Graduate in B.Com / M.Com / Accounting or related field preferred.
• Good knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime and MS Excel.
• Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and taxation.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
