Accountant

1.  Manage and supervise accounting staff, including account payable, accounts receivable, and payroll teams.

2.  Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

3.  Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts in collaboration with senior management.

4.  Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.

5.  Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and tax filings.

6.  Oversee external audits and tax return preparations.

7.   Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement necessary changes.

8.  Provide support for strategic financial decisions and planning.

9.  Attend meetings that require financial decision-making including compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

10.  Perform other duties that may be required in managing the accounting team and other tasks that may be assigned by the Management.
