Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant with 3-4 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, and taxation. The candidate should be proficient in Tally ERP 9 and possess a good understanding of GST, TDS, and other applicable tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain books of accounts and ensure accurate financial record-keeping.

Perform Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) regularly.

Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and ledger management.

Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.

Record financial transactions and prepare accounting entries in Tally ERP 9.

Prepare invoices, vouchers, debit notes, and credit notes.

Ensure timely GST filing, TDS deductions, and statutory compliance.

Assist in tax calculations, return filings, and tax assessments.

Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.

Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and government authorities when required.

Generate MIS reports and financial statements for management review.

Required Skills

34 years of experience in accounting and finance.

Strong knowledge of Bookkeeping, Bank Reconciliation, and Ledger Scrutiny.

Hands-on experience with Tally ERP 9.

Good understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.

Proficiency in MS Excel.

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Qualification

B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter (Preferred)
