*About the Role:*

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Manager to manage day-to-day financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and support smooth accounting operations at our Jalandhar office.

*Key Responsibilities:*

• Daily Accounting Operations, Record daily financial

transactions including sales, purchases, receipts, and

payments accurately in accounting software

• Prepare and maintain ledgers, accounts, and

reconciliations

• Process invoices, bills, and expense vouchers

*Accounts Management & Reporting*

• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

*Compliance & Payroll*

• Support GST filings, TDS, and other statutory

compliances

• Assist with payroll processing and employee

reimbursements

*Coordination & Documentation*

• Liaise with external auditors, banks, and vendors as required
• Maintain organized and up-to-date financial documentation
• Support management with ad hoc accounting and administrative tasks

*Desired Candidate Profile*

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in bookkeeping and accounting
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally, Busy, or QuickBooks & Visual catpro
• Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and other Indian tax regulations
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial data

Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month
