Accountant

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at FAST FLOW SYSTEMS PTE LTD' as an Accountant. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial management services to support the company's operations and strategic initiatives.

Job Description:

· Manage the financial and statutory accounting for entity assigned.

· Prepare monthly financial reports, such as managing asset accounting, creating journal entries, reconciling accounts, and generating year-end financial reports.

· Analyse WIP and provide recommendation on project profitability and cost optimisation.

· Compute key financial indicators and provide trend analysis of financials.

· Assist in preparation of group annual budget and financial forecasts.

· Monitor gross profit margin by product group & region

· Liaise with internal and external auditors for filing on time.

· Handle tax matters including the quarterly GST filing and corporate tax.

· Coordinate with company secretaries on regulatory filings.

· Ad-hoc duties assigned and this may include review of policies and procedure.

Requirements:

· Degree in Accounting or equivalent qualifications

· Preferably with construction experience

· Proficient in MS Office applications

· Knowledge of SAP is an advantage

· Meticulous and able to work independently

· Well versed in English

· Strong analytical skills.

· Ability to work under tight deadlines.
