VentuNext(www.ventunext.com) is a private equity real estate platform focused on logistics and industrial assets in Thailand. We source land, develop build to suit facilities, and manage assets for international occupiers and institutional investors. We are new but moving fast, with active partnerships across several of Thailand’s leading corporate groups and projects around Greater Bangkok and the Eastern Economic Corridor.

The Role

This position has two parts.

Assistant Accountant

• Handle daily bookkeeping, vouchers, expense claims, and bank reconciliation
• Support our external financial advisors on monthly closing, tax filing, and audit preparation
• Assist with project level financial data and management reporting

You will not be left to figure this out alone. We work with an experienced external advisory team, and our partner will provide structured training support.

Executive Assistant to the CEO

• Coordinate meetings, manage the CEO’s schedule, and follow up on action items
• Organise, file, and prepare documents
• Support communication with investors, partners, and government agencies

This side of the role puts you close to how investment decisions actually get made. For anyone who wants a long term career in real estate investment, that access is hard to find elsewhere.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
• English as a working language, written and spoken
• Detail oriented, reliable, and comfortable juggling several tasks at once
• Curious, proactive, and happy to take on work beyond the job description
