Role Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day financial operations including bookkeeping, financial reporting, and compliance, supporting the CFO in maintaining strong financial oversight and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and assist with audits.

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions in compliance with local regulations.

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

• Support tax filings, zakat, and VAT reporting.

• Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• 2–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a tech or startup environment.

• Solid knowledge of Saudi accounting standards, VAT, and zakat regulations.

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Qoyod).

• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

• Fluent in English and Arabic.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a multi-entity or holding company structure.

• Experience with startup financial environments or VC-backed companies.

• Certification (e.g., SOCPA, CMA, CPA) is a plus.
