Are you a numbers wizard with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for financial clarity? We are looking for a dedicated Staff Accountant to join our growing finance team in Noida!

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in keeping our financial engine running smoothlyfrom daily ledger management to flawless tax compliance.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities):

Daily Ledger Management: Own all accounting transactions, ensuring accurate categorization and recording of daily expenses, revenue, and general ledger entries.

Reconciliations: Perform monthly bank, credit card, and intercompany reconciliations to quickly spot and resolve any discrepancies.

Tax Compliance: Compute quarterly/annual tax returns and ensure accurate, timely filings to keep us completely liability-free.

Month-End & Year-End Close: Execute closing procedures and prepare bulletproof documentation for external audits.

Data Integrity & Security: Maintain organized, confidential financial records and conduct secure backups in compliance with internal policies.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: 2–4 years of proven work experience as a Staff Accountant, Junior Accountant, or Bookkeeper.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field.

Tech Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and hands-on experience with modern accounting software.

Asset Requirement: Comfort and familiarity working within a Windows System environment.

Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong problem-solving capabilities, and excellent written/verbal communication skills.
