Accountant

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Zoho Books and a strong grasp of accounting principles, tax compliance, and financial reporting.

This role is critical to maintaining the financial health and integrity of the organization.

Work mode: Onsite (transitions to hybrid after 2 months)

Salary: #205,000 monthly net

Office Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Reports to the CEO

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and review financial records for accuracy and completeness
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax laws
• Prepare budgets on a regular basis
• Monitor expenditure and profitability, providing timely financial reports
• Evaluate internal management systems, procedures, and risks, and provide
• recommendations for improvement
• Manage payment processing, approvals, bookkeeping, and documentation
• Manage business accounts and prepare financial statements

Requirements

• HND/BSc in Accounting
• 3–4 years of relevant accounting experience
• Working knowledge of Zoho Books
• Strong understanding of accounting and tax regulations
• Professional certificationin view is an added advantage
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• High attention to detail and integrity in handling financial data
• Residential proximity to Ikeja is highly preferred

Pay: ₦205,000.00 per month
