Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain accurate financial records, and support the Accounts & Finance team in ensuring timely and accurate financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain proper accounting records.
• Prepare and maintain sales invoices, Delivery Challan, Packing list, debit notes, credit notes & Eway Bill and Job work challan.
• Record and verify accounting entries in the accounting software.
• Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
• Maintain proper documentation of invoices, bills, Packing list, Delivery Challan, Eway Bill.
• Support the senior Accounts team during monthly closing and audit activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in B.Com / Accounting or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, invoicing, reconciliation, and basic accounting principles.
• Hands-on experience with Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
• Good analytical and numerical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Experience in a manufacturing/engineering industry will be an added advantage.
