Accountant

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Prepare payroll-related accounting entries and reconcile payroll accounts.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensure timely filing and compliance with BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG requirements.
• Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
• Maintain the general ledger and reconcile account balances.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Philippine accounting regulations.
• Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or a related field.

• At least 1–3 years of accounting experience (construction industry experience is an advantage).

• Knowledgeable in BIR regulations and financial reporting.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• High level of accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.

• Excellent communication and time management skills.
