What they need
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and cash flow statements.
- Prepare financial reports such as balance sheets, profit & loss accounts, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure accurate voucher entry, journal entries, ledger posting, trial balance maintenance, and finalization of accounts.
- Conduct general accounting tasks including bookkeeping and finance management.
- Provide support in taxation matters (TDS) and GST compliance.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-8 years of experience in accountancy or related field with a degree in B.Com or equivalent qualification.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP software is essential; knowledge of Excel is desirable.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail for accurate financial reporting.
