Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, billing, invoicing, sales and purchase entries, and MIS reporting.

The ideal candidate should have practical accounting experience, good knowledge of Excel, and the ability to maintain accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and record sales and purchase entries.

• Prepare and process invoices and billing documents.

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records

. - Prepare and maintain MIS reports.

• Ensure timely and accurate updating of accounting data.

• Verify accounting entries and maintain proper documentation.

• Coordinate with relevant teams regarding billing and accounting requirements.

• Perform other accounting-related tasks as required.

Requirements

• 1.5+ years of relevant accounting experience.

• Good understanding of billing and invoicing.

• Practical knowledge of sales and purchase entries.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good organizational and communication skills.

• Candidates who can commute to Najafgarh, New Delhi are preferred

. - Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
