About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, maintaining accurate books, and ensuring compliance with local financial regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle bookkeeping and day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
• Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and reports to assess accuracy and completeness.
• Handle bank reconciliations, cash flow management, and expense tracking.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Support tax-related filings (such as Corporate Tax and VAT where applicable) and ensure adherence to UAE regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with external auditors and management for financial reviews.
• Maintain organized digital and physical financial records.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Professional certifications like CPA, ACCA, or CMA are a strong advantage).
• Minimum of 2–4 years of proven accounting experience, within the UAE market.
• Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho Books, or Tally) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• In-depth understanding of general accounting principles, local financial regulations, and tax compliance.
• Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
