Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant who is eager to grow their career and join Travelier's Accounting team in Thailand. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting month-end close, tax compliance, financial reporting, and ensuring accounting operations comply with both company policies and local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Key responsibilities

  • Fixed Asset : manage and control the fixed asset registration and reconciliation to GL, depreciation schedules and asset verification processes e.g physical count, writeoff and disposals if require
  • Revenue  : sale and cost reconciliation and record an adjustment entry
  • Tax Compliance : Reconciliation of Output VAT and prepare tax filling form PP30. Reconciliation and preparing monthly Withholding Tax Report and filing to Revenue Department (PND.3, PND.53 and PND. 54).
  • Period end close:  perform necessary accrual and adjustment journal entries to ensure transactions are correctly recorded with completeness supporting documents
  • Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements.
  • Audit Support: coordinate with external auditors on necessary documentation and inquiries.

  Payments:

  • Executing payment via Bank transfer to both domestic and oversea with ensure timely and accurate recording in accordance to the company's payment schedule and accounting and tax principles.
  • Issue Withholding Tax Certificate upon payment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Accounting.
• At least 3 years of experience in accounting operation with a focus on general ledger functions and audit experience.
• Strong knowledge of Thai GAAP and local tax regulations.
• Good command of both oral and written English for reporting/emailing.
• Excellent communication skills with both result and team oriented mindset.
• Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is a plus .
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (vlookups, pivot tables).
