Key responsibilities
- Manage full set of accounts for 3 companies
- Prepare monthly Profit & Loss statement by the 20th
- Liaise with bankers, auditors, tax agents, and company secretary for audit and compliance
- Maintain a well-organized and updated filing system
- Prepare bank reconciliation and keep cash book up to date
- Handle monthly payroll processing
About you
- Proficient in SQL Accounting Software
- Able to communicate in Chinese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia
- Strong attention to detail & good time management
- Team player with a responsible and independent working attitude
