Finance Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Perform full‑set accounting, accounts reconciliation, monthly closing and financial reporting.

• Process transactions, prepare invoices, payment vouchers and bank reconciliation.

• Monitor accounts receivable and payable, follow up on outstanding payments.

• Maintain financial records and complete routine accounting work using the SQL accounting system.

• Assist in budget preparation, cost analysis and other ad‑hoc finance tasks assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.

• Hands‑on working experience with SQL Accounting Software.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (V‑lookup, Pivot Table, formulas).

• Able to use English and Chinese

• Prior full‑set accounts working experience is preferred.

• Candidate aged up to 40 is preferred.

• Detail‑oriented, responsible, good communication and time‑management skills.

• Able to work independently and meet month‑end closing deadlines.

Salary & Benefits

• Basic salary: RM 5,500 – 6,500 per month
