What they need
Key responsibilities
- Manage full set of accounts for 3 companies
- Prepare monthly Profit & Loss statements by the 20th
- Prepare bank reconciliation and maintain an updated cash book
- Handle monthly payroll processing
- Maintain accurate and well-organised accounting records and filing
- Liaise with bankers, auditors, tax agents and company secretary on accounting, audit and compliance matters
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
About you
FEMALE CANDIDATE ONLY
- Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience
- Proficient in SQL Accounting Software
- Able to speak and understand Chinese, English & Malay
- Strong knowledge of full set accounting
- Strong attention to detail and good time management
- Responsible, organised and able to work independently
- Good communication skills and a strong team player
