Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, financial records, GST compliance, reconciliations, and other finance-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare invoices, vouchers, receipts, and payment entries.
• Maintain and reconcile bank, cash, and ledger accounts.
• Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and MIS.
• Perform bank and ledger reconciliation regularly.
• Assist in payroll-related accounting and expense management.
• Maintain proper documentation of bills, invoices, and financial records.
• Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, clients, and auditors when required.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of Tally Prime / accounting software.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Understanding of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles.
• Strong knowledge of debit/credit, journal entries, and ledger reconciliation.
• Good analytical and numerical skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
