We are looking for an Accountant to join our team at RSBP Brand to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain accurate financial records, handle transactions, and support overall financial operations. The role requires good attention to detail, basic accounting knowledge, and the ability to manage responsibilities efficiently.

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant accounting experience and a good understanding of day-to-day accounting operations.

The candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing reports, handling invoices, reconciling accounts, and supporting other accounting and financial activities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records.
• Handle day-to-day accounting transactions and entries.
• Prepare invoices, bills, receipts, and payment records.
• Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Assist with monthly and annual financial reports.
• Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding payments and expenses.
• Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance as required.
• Support the senior management/team with accounting-related tasks.
• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field preferred.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Familiarity with Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
• Knowledge of GST and TDS will be an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
• Weekly off
