ACCOUNTANT

Key Responsibilities

• Record and maintain accurate financial transactions and accounting records.
• Prepare and review journal entries, invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Reconcile bank accounts, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Monitor income, expenses, and cash flow.
• Prepare tax returns and assist with tax compliance requirements.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and government regulations.
• Maintain organized and confidential financial records.
• Assist with internal and external audits.
• Identify accounting discrepancies and recommend appropriate corrections.
• Prepare financial reports and provide accounting information to management.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
