About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage the company's day-to-day accounting activities.

The role will involve maintaining accounting records, recording transactions, performing reconciliations, managing financial documentation, and supporting regular accounting operations using Tally Prime.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records using Tally Prime.
• Record and verify income, expenses, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions.
• Maintain accurate books of accounts and supporting documents.
• Perform regular bank and transaction reconciliations.
• Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, bills, and other accounting records.
• Assist with GST and TDS-related accounting and documentation.
• Support monthly and periodic account closing activities.
• Prepare basic financial reports and accounting statements.
• Check accounting entries and identify discrepancies or errors.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding payments, invoices, and financial documentation.
• Maintain proper records of pending and completed accounting activities.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of financial and business information.
• Follow company accounting procedures and internal controls.

Required Skills

• Good understanding of accounting principles.
• Working knowledge of Tally Prime.
• Basic knowledge of GST and TDS.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple accounting tasks.
• Honest, responsible, and willing to learn.

Eligibility

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate
• B.Com, BBA, BMS, Finance, Accounting, or a related degree preferred.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with practical experience in Tally Prime, bookkeeping, GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, or accounting operations will be preferred.
• Candidate must be willing to work full-time and on-site in Bhopal.

Salary

₹8,000 – ₹13,000 per month

Salary will be based on qualification, experience, skills, and suitability for the role.
