Job Description & Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Handle the full set of accounts, including accounts receivables, accounts payables, bank reconciliation, and month-end/year-end closing
• Prepare management accounts, financial reports, and supporting analysis
• Prepare audit schedules and liaise with external auditors to facilitate the audit process
• Handle Singapore GST reporting and related submissions
• Maintain proper accounting records and ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of deliverables
• Manage assigned client portfolio and maintain good client relationships
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients on accounting and finance matters
• Support ad hoc assignments and other accounting and HR -related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, and/or ACCA qualification
• Candidates with relevant working experience will have an advantage
• Able to communicate effectively in both written and spoken English and Chinese to liaise with clients and stakeholders
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering accurate and high-quality work
• Positive attitude, willing to learn, and able to adapt to technological advancement
