Accountant

岗位职责  Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for the full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL)

负责全盘账务，包括应付账款（AP）、应收账款（AR）和总账（GL）

Prepare monthly closings, financial statements, and management reports

编制月结报表、财务报表及管理报告

Monitor cash flow and assist with budgeting and forecasting

监控现金流，协助编制预算和财务预测

Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal audit standards

确保符合政府法规及内部审计标准

Liaise with external parties such as banks, auditors, tax agents, and corporate secretary

与银行、审计师、税务代理及公司秘书等外部单位联络

Support process enhancements and contribute to finance-related projects

支持流程优化，参与财务相关项目

Carry out ad-hoc tasks as assigned

完成上级安排的临时任务

任职要求 Qualifications:

Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline

会计、财务或相关专业的大专或本科毕业

Minimum of 3 years’ experience handling full sets of accounts (AP/AR/GL)

至少3年全盘账务处理经验（AP/AR/GL）

语言能力 (Language Skills):

Fluent in English and Mandarin (both spoken and written) to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders

中英文书写与口语流利，能有效与中文客户或同事沟通

沟通能力 (Communication Skills):

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

具备优秀的沟通能力、人际交往能力和服务意识。

办公软件 (Office Software):

熟练使用

Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

熟练使用会计软件和 Microsoft Office 软件 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)。

Highly meticulous, analytical, responsible, and able to work independently with strong initiative

细心、具分析能力、负责任、主动性强，能独立作业

At least 5 years of relevant work experience; experience in a large company is preferred.

经验 (Experience):至少 5 年相关工作经验，有大型公司工作经验者优先。

Positive, proactive, responsible, and a team player.
